The fourth Blended Mobility took place in Hungary, Szigethalom, from 11/11/2019 to 15/11/2019.
In the morning, after a short concert from the students of music classes the partners were greeted by our headmistress, Németh Leila, the director of the educational municipality, dr Pálos Annamária and the mayor of Szigethalom, Fáki László.
Then the students presented themselves and their countries.
In the afternoon there were some sport activities presented by PE teachers to make students more at ease with each other.
After that they got a taste of Hungarian folk dance by Sziget Néptánc Egyesület and the students and teachers could try and participate in dancing.
The second day started with the international test. The logic part was made by Lithuania, the Maths part by Hungary.
After it we welcomed our guests to visit some lessons.
In the afternoon the teachers corrected the tests: the first two places went to Portugal, the third place to Lithuania and the Lithuanian students collected the most points as a team.
The last programme was a visit to Emese Park in Szigethalom where we got a glimps of medieval Hungarian history.
On the third day we travelled by coach to Visegrád where we visited the Royal Palace and the Castle on the hill.
We spent the rest of the day in Szentendre where we went to see the MicroArt Museum.
The fourth day started at the school again.
The students were divided into mixed groups and were instructed to find QR codes all over the school building.
Using their mobiles to read the codes they got different logical problems to solve.
To do this they needed to cooperate with one another.
At the Museum of Local History we baked pretzel and tried traditional folk games.
In the evening during the farawell dinner we announced the results of the International Competition and delivered the Certificates of Attendance.
The last day of the mobility was spent in our beautiful capital city, Budapest.
After an eventful day, we said our goodbyes to our partners.
